There are so many different ways to format and deliver the schedule to your members. But some are better than others. Your schedule should contain give information at first glance. It must include:
1 - Club Name, location, phone number and website address 2 - Class for any given week 3 - Format information for each class 4 - Instructor information for each class 5 - Group Fitness director contact information
One example of an easy to modify, easy to read schedule. This is a particularly good one because the class formats are delineated by graphics - strength class has a dumbell beside it, step has it's own symbol, etc.
