'Excellent workshop!' - from Laura B. (Athletic Drills workshop participant) Thank you again for a wonderful workshop. As promised, I only have wonderful words about it!
The Athletic Drills workshop was so fun and informative. It's perfect for newbies and experienced instructors alike! There's no complicated choreography and the music was fresh and upbeat. I highly recommend it to instructors looking for something different to add to their classes. My class is loving the new material! I definitely plan on attending more of the other workshops. Kelly Coulter is an aerobics diva!
Thank you a million times,
Laura B - Charleston, SC

Quote from Participant Survey filled out by Tracy Jackson (Step and Drills workshop participant)
Question: What useable information or material did you take away from the workshop(s)? Answer: "Lots of choreography notes--songs can be implemented right into class. Detailed info on science behind the exercise. "
Q: Please tell us how you were able to use some of the ideas presented in your classes. A: "Used several of the songs in my classes just as outlined in the workshop. Used workshop content to design new workouts for my classes. "
Q: What comments do you have? A: "GREAT workshop. Very energetic and professional presenter. Thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and the information that I gathered."
"Thought I'd let you know that i did implement a little of the workshop stuff already, and i am planning to use lots more soon. I taught a class right after the workshop and used several of the step songs mixed with a few of the drill songs. My class really seemed to like the change of pace from the regular routine, and even though i'm not teaching a regular step class right now, i decided that i would use this format whenever i sub for them. We also used one of the drills songs at my school for a p.e. video we were making to supplement some of the extra minutes we have to supply the kids each week. ... We will begin airing this video this week and it will run for 2 weeks, then we'll make a new one, possibly using another of the songs from the workshop or at least some of the techniques. I am also getting ready to start an after-school workout class for my teachers on Mondays, and i plan to format it according to the workshop format [outline] as well. I'm planning to start off with songs we did, but one of my friends has already asked me to work up some 80's music to work out to as well, so we've downloaded some things to look at and try. So far, no new routines, but i'll keep you posted. I also want to try and work up a partner step song (like Cotton Eye Joe) to "Car Wash". This workshop changed the way I teach."
