Well, I promised my physical therapist that I would be good and comply 1000% with her rehab regime, and I am happy to say that I am back and lifting weights again! How weird it is when your favorite exercise routine is "banned". Now it's New Year's Resolution time.
I like to be realistic. I don't enjoy doing cardio, so my last year's resolution to attend a cycling class twice a week totally flopped. I went twice ALL YEAR. Well, this year there's a cardio class that I know I can comply with....ZUMBA! If you haven't tried this class, check out their website and see where there's a class near you. This class is FUN disguised as exercise! Between being back to lifting weights and Zumba, I'll be so ready for swim season this year! (barring any future injuries! I hope I didn't just jinx myself!....)
