1.  warm up: (Born to Bounce, Artist not known) - intro fighting stance, walking lunges with class in teams while talking about kick form and demonstrating hip action and proper front kick form.  Last couple of passes across the room participants perform lunge with front kick (including pushing hip forward)
2.  jump rope: (Can't Stop the Rain, Cascada) - 3 rounds of jump rope (on chorus) - alternate movement would be jab with foot action and hip movement
3.  jab/cross combinations: (Tap That, Megan McAuley) punching work with weight shift on chorus (lead arm jabs to front and out to side while lead leg pushes forward and out to side.  Weight shifts working abs.)  last part of song in speed bag alternating with jumping jacks.
4.  speed work: (Voodo People, Prodigy) - 4 rounds with music (follow the music) alternating speedbag, speedbag with jog, jog with arms up, jumping jacks - 4.  side kicks:

6.  knees:
7.  front kicks: (Whine Up, Kat DeLuna) front kicks fundamentals, side/front/knee combo on chorus
