I injured myself on Mother's Day - I was vacuuming our pool and I slipped.  My right knee went straight down on concrete.  It didn't hurt at first, but there was such a large area missing skin that I couldn't bend my knee for 2 weeks.  When I finally got some mobility back I noticed how much pain I had when I bent my knee.  So I have been taking it easy for 3 weeks now.

I just got back to the gym after my 3 weeks off an man can I feel it.  It is truly amazing how much strength and flexibility you lose after being off for a while.  I feel as out of shape as I ever have in my whole life.

I am also very excited to tell you that I have an article coming out in a national magazine next month.  My article 'Standardizing Your Fitness Schedule' was due last Friday.  It will be published on the site after the magazine hits stands.  But if you want to read it first make sure that you get a subscription to Fitness Management Magazine.
