Hardcore Power Yoga is a total body workout that challenges muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, balance and the core. This course will cover basic and advanced yoga poses as well as fun balances that will test concentration and strength. Traditional poses will be turned into Hardcore Power Yoga by applying specific techniques with participant friendly language.
