The Athletic Drills workshop teaches a fun and challenging athletic training style class format that your members won't forget.
Music based choreography takes the participants heart rate up, way up, and up again. Intervals help burn fat, while the simple athletic choreography is appropriate for beginners to advanced. Drills is the format for helping every participant feel successful.
In the Drills workshop you will learn to teach a tough and effective athletic based workout that uses the music as the motivation and the guide. You will walk away with:
- Drills format outline - practical choreography - written choreography notes - corresponding music CD - FitClasses.com easel notebook - instruction for writing and mixing new workouts
Drills classes are great for attracting more men and beginners in to the Group Fitness room because the classes contain NO CHOREOGRAPHY! The moves are similar to the training drills you did in High School at basketball or volleyball practice.
The workshop is worth 3.5 CEUs and registration includes FREE music.
